If the defective product falls under our 10 Year Warranty conditions, Kitchen Shack will at it’s discretion, arrange a replacement. If a product is no longer available Kitchen Shack will substitute an item as close as possible. The manufacturer cannot guarantee that the replacement item will be exactly the same as the original item.

Exclusions
Please be aware this warranty can be voided by non recommended installers. A list of all exclusions can be viewed by downloading the 10 Year Warranty and Customer Heat Warning document below.

Drawer and Door Adjustment
Sometimes drawers and doors will need to be adjusted following benchtop installation due to movement.
