Terms and Conditions:

• Information on how to apply for a referral forms part of the Terms and Conditions.
• These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of the eftpos e-gift card.
• Participation in the Kitchen Shack $100 Referral Thank You Program is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

• The Kitchen Shack customer referring (Referer), a family or friend must have previously purchased from Kitchen Shack to refer a family or friend.
• The person referred to Kitchen Shack (Referee) must be Australian residents over the age of 18.
• Referees cannot be employees of Kitchen Shack.
  
• Referees cannot be from the same household where the Kitchen Shack kitchen or laundry has been delivered and installed in the past.
• Referees need to purchase a kitchen or laundry with a signed contract value greater than $10,000 (incl. gst.) and paid the initial deposit before the gift card will be issued to the Referer.
  
• The Referee must be noted at the first visit to one of our Showrooms.
• The Referee agrees that the Referer is the actual person to receive the gift card.
  
• There is no limit to the number of referrals and such a $100 gift card for every referral will be paid.
• Kitchen Shack takes no responsibility for any incorrect information provided by the purchaser, Referer.
• Kitchen Shack maintains the right to verify the validity of all entries and terminate the gift card if it is found that the referer has given false information to gain access to a gift card unlawfully.

Thank you Gift

• The $100 gift card is issued in Australian dollars and will be emailed to Referers (recipients) email address.
• The $100 gift card is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• Gift card is valid for 12 months or as stipulated by gift card company.
• The $100 gift card will be issued to the Referer when the purchaser’s initial deposit of their signed contract is paid in full.
• Kitchen Shack takes no responsibility for loss of gift card whether by theft or otherwise.

Privacy 

• All entries will automatically opt into marketing communications from Kitchen Shack.
• Details from form entries will be collected and used for the purposes of promotion and future marketing purposes.
• Kitchen Shack is committed to maintain the privacy of all customers and will not sell or share personal information.
• Kitchen Shack reserves the right to modify or change the $100 Gift Card thank you program at any time.
